A - Unfortunately we are not able to offer all flavours we bring to our market stalls to order online. Markets are a great place to try new flavours, but many of them do eventually make it to our specials section in our online shop. If there are any particular flavours you would like to order that aren't available online, please get in touch and we may be able to help. 
 
A - Let us know what date the brownies are required for during the checkout process, and we will aim to get these delivered for the day before (to account for any issues when delivering) - we recommend selecting "First Class" as your delivery option to ensure this. 
 
A - Allergen information is provided alongside the details of the brownies you choose in our store, however full ingredient lists can be provided on request - just contact us and we will be happy to help. 
 
A - Whilst we can offer Dairy and Gluten Free options, we cannot guarantee there are no traces as we use dairy and gluten containing ingredients in the kitchen. However, we do take every care to reduce the chance of cross-contamination, including baking on different days and full clean downs of kitchen surfaces between using common allergens. 
 
A - For information on the markets we will be attending, please refer to our Facebook page, where we post weekly updates on where to find us. 
 
A - You should receive an order confirmation email from us when you finish the checkout process in our online shop, however if you haven't received a confirmation via email or have any further questions please feel free to contact us. 
 
A - Yes, we can supply brownies of any quantity for any event or occasion! Or if you are interested in our brownies as a wholesaler, please get in touch. 
 
A - Yes! Our brownies are suitable for home-freezing, we recommend using an airtight container, and consume within 2 weeks after thawing for best brownie goodness! 
 
A - As long as the Royal Mail delivers to you, we deliver to you, as we send our brownies through Royal Mail postage. 
 
A - Yes, we offer local collection from our bakery in Torquay, select this option at checkout and you will be notified when they are ready for collection. 
 
A - If there are any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve this for you. 
 
A - Our brownies are baked fresh each week and will be at their best for 2 weeks.
